eMONIFY® notification service provides rapid delivery of informative voice messages to cell phones, work phones, home phones, answering machines, voicemail, and email. Record your emergency alert message and launch your campaign by phone any time of the day or night. Call recipients can listen to and interact with your message or alert. Configurable round robin redials calls that were not answered free of charge.
Voicemail Recovery Solution
Should your phone system or phone lines become inoperable, simply forward your phone numbers to our Voicemail Recovery System. Incoming calls are answered with a customized greeting you create and calls are instantly routed to an unlimited number of extensions or phone numbers of your choice, allowing us to mirror your corporate extensions and DIDs. Voicemails are immediately delivered to your staff via email as a standard .WAV attachment or can be easily retrieved from any phone.
Powerful Call List Management and Group Membership
eMONIFY® can use your existing call lists from the applications you’re most familiar with such as Microsoft Excel, as well as industry standard formats such as ASCII comma delimited. You can also view, edit, search, add or remove contacts from your call lists with our list management tools. A benefit of eMONIFY®’s powerful call list management is the ability to deliver individual voice messages to multiple recipients or specific groups of any size with ease.
