Steven G. Hess has been a licensed Public Adjuster since 1969 and has been actively adjusting claims on behalf of the policyholder for 36 years. Mr. Hess has expertise in post-disaster recovery representing the victims of fire, water damage, burglary and various other types of physical damage. Time element claims, including business interruption, is one of his specialties. In his role as CTO, Mr. Hess works with clients to create a strategic business recovery solution and coordinates system's interaction. Mr. Hess has served as a principal of four public adjusting firms with which he has been associated since the early 1970's Mr. Hess is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a degree in Liberal Arts. He also holds a Public Adjuster's license in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
