Chief Executive Officer

John S. Klein has more than 30 years of extensive involvement in the disaster recovery field as an insurance adjuster. He has been a principal in three insurance adjusting firms actively representing policyholders who have suffered property damage. In his role as CEO, Mr. Klein is responsible for the firm's daily management of operational and administrative functions as well as client contract implementation. Previously, Mr. Klein was a managing partner and COO at Diversified Disaster Recovery, LLP. Mr. Klein worked to assess the entire spectrum of client's risks and implement business continuity plans. In the event of a disaster, Mr. Klein provided the expertise to transition the client to recovery. He also served as the Risk Manager for Applied Graphic Technologies and Benjamin Development Group. Mr. Klein graduated from St. Francis College, Brooklyn with a degree in Business Administration. He also is certified in Strohl's Disaster Recovery Planning. Mr. Klein is active in the Island Harvest Charity and a former member of the Board of Directors for the North Shore Y in Roslyn, New York.
